On April 6^th 2019, DEEP C Industrial Zones were honored to receive the Golden Dragon Awards with the theme “New Prestige, New Opportunity”. Running from 2001, the Golden Dragon Awards is the largest annual awards ceremony hosted by Vietnam Economic Times in recognition of FDI companies with outstanding business achievement and significant contribution made to their industry and Vietnam socio-economic development. This year, the award has been presented to 60 FIEs.

The event is largely welcomed by the business community as the winners are chosen based on a variety of criteria: business activities, service provisions, the application of technological solutions for environmental protection, and corporate social responsibilities.

Winning the award is a convincing evidence for DEEP C’s constant improvement and innovation in providing its tenants with state-of-the-art industrial land and reliable utilities. Its initiative to promote green growth and sustainability has also been recognized and encouraged. Under this initiative, DEEP C aims to become the first eco-industrial park in Vietnam. A further step is now being taken to integrate renewables power generated from solar and wind energy into DEEP C’s power grid for more flexible power distribution.
