DEEP C MDO - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By installing and using this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with our terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use this application.
2. Security and User Data
2.1. To access and/or use MDO's features, you need to register an Account on MDO. You are not allowed to name your Accounts after famous people, State and Government leaders criminal, reactionary, terrorist individuals/organizations, or phrases/words/symbols with unhealthy connotations and contrary to customs and traditions according to DEEP C’s sole judgment.
2.2. When registering for an Account, BSSD provides the User with an initial password which the User must immediately change to his/her password after logging in with the initial password.
2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and not disclosing it to anyone else. Any breach of security or violation of the terms of use may result in us suspending or terminating your access to the application.
2.4. We are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your data. We do not share or disclose your personal information to any third party without your consent unless required by law.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1. This application and all related content are the intellectual property of DEEP C or the relevant intellectual property parties. Any copying, modification, distribution, or illegal use of content from this application without written permission from us is a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in liability.
3.2. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-franchise license to use this application for professional use only. Any copying, distribution, or commercial use of this application is a violation of this term.
4. Changes to Rules and Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the application or through other means of communication. Continued use of the application following notice of such changes will constitute acceptance of and compliance with the changed terms.
5. Notices and Contacts
5.1. MDO’s notices, including but not limited to, documents, introduction information, reminders, and warnings, are sent to the User through any forms such as email, text message, or app notification displayed on MDO.
5.2. The User acknowledges to have received the above notices, regardless of whether the User reads or responds to such notices.
