August 19th, 2022 - Indochina Kajima, a joint venture between Indochina Capital and Kajima Corporation (Japan), held the groundbreaking ceremony for their Core5 Hai Phong project in DEEP C Haiphong II Industrial Zone, Hai Phong, Vietnam. At completion, the project will deliver a total of approximately 96,000m2 world-class ready-built factory and warehouse for lease. Handover of the first factories and warehouses is expected in early Q2 2023.
Out of US$1.7 billion capital committed to Quang Ninh province at the Investment Promotion Conference 2022, more than US$1.5 billion will pour into DEEP C Quang Ninh Industrial Zones.

At present, there have been a lot of Covid-19 preventive and combative measures which have been eased to adapt to the new normal situation, to maintain the protective efficacy, Ministry of Health recommend that people need an additional dose of Covid-19 vaccine (3rd or 4th). In response to that common spirit, on 10th June, DEEP C Industrial Zones organized vaccination of additional doses at the standard warehousing for entire employees and workers working in the industrial zones.
The 2022 is a milestone of particular importance of DEEP C – the 25th anniversary of its establishment and operation in Viet Name, as a part of a series of long-run events, “The Client Networking of DEEP C Industrial Zones 2022” was successfully held and brought a lot of meaningfulness to more than 130 leaders from 80 businesses of various nationalities, industries and business lines operating in DEEP C Industrial Zones.

Investment Promotion Conference on 25/05 themed “Hai Phong – A successful destination” was successfully held by DEEP C Industrial Zones in collaboration with Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority, French Embassy in Viet Nam and European Chamber of Commerce in Viet Nam.
On May 11th, 2022, KCN Vietnam held a groundbreaking ceremony in DEEP C Industrial Zones to celebrate the construction of KCN DEEP C – phase 1 in DEEP C Haiphong II industrial zone. At completion, the 10.6 ha project will deliver a total gross leasable area (GLA)of 71,408 sqm of ready-built factories to the industrial real estate market. The handover is expected for early 2023.
